Complete mix for the production of naturally leavened long-rising bread with whole grain flavor. Its distinctive qualities are complex flavor, slower rising, crisper crust, longer shelf life and the possibility of different types of processing. With the methodology of using cold processing, production time is optimized.


Type 00 wheat flour, whole-wheat flour, whole-wheat spelt flakes, sunflower seeds, vital wheat gluten, flax seeds, dried rye sour dough, roasted black barley malt flour, yeast from wheat flour, dried wheat sour dough, dried yeast, E300 flour treatment agent, alpha amylase enzymes.
