DESCRIPTION

Apricot-flavored spray jelly for shining baked confectionery products through the spray machine. It gives a beautiful shine to products, solidifying instantly and remaining intact for long periods without any alteration.

INGREDIENTS

Glucose-fructose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, apricot puree, gelling agents: E407, E415, E417; acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavourings, colouring agent: beta-carotene E160a
