DESCRIPTION

Semi-finished product for baked confectionery products obtained by mixing sugars with gelling agents and processing aids. It is a reversible product, so when diluted with water, it resumes its usual consistency. 

INGREDIENTS

Glucose-fructose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, gelling agents: E407, E415, E417; acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
